I am a 45 year old stay-and-home Mom with so many interests I’ve lost count. I’m blogging about them and my life because one thing I’ve always put on the back burner was my strong desire to write and finally publish a novel. By keeping a blog it is my purpose to write about something, anything everyday. This is my first step! I hope people out there find things on my blog that interests them. If you are reading this perhaps you did! I hope you will follow my blog, comment, share my posts and continue to read!
I’ve been married 26 years. I have 3 fabulous kids. My oldest daughter is in college studying to work in Public Relations. My younger daughter is in a fantastic school to be a cosmetologist. And my son is a 7th grader. Him, I home school. I love homeschooling! I always thought I’d love being a teacher and having the opportunity to home school has been a blessing and so much fun. It’s something I’m very proud of. I taught my son to read, I taught my son how to add, I get to share my love of History with him in a very real way.
I love God and my Church. I’m a Roman Catholic. I’m a Eucharistic Minister at my Parish and teach Religious Education (CCD) to the 4th Grade. I’m one of the volunteers for the receptions at funerals which is such a wonderful way to be there for people in a really difficult time. I love my faith. I love sharing it and living it.
Other bits of pieces of myself and my life will pop up in my blog. I love geeky things. I love gaming!! My current favorite is Elder Scrolls Online. I play Minecraft with my son. The list continues but those are my current favorites. Star Trek: TNG and Voyager are my favorite, The Orville, The Walking Dead, Blacklist, Blue Bloods, and Longmire to name a few of my favorite shows.
Reading. I love to read. I have a wide variety of things I love to read. I’ll write about those as well.
I recently joined the Rodan and Fields team of consultants. I wrote “My Why” on my R&F page. I’m having fun with that and looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
Thank you for reading this and I hope you find something interesting on my blog!
